2024: S1 - Leading Together

This past Friday, our first session for the 2024 Class of CKLP titled "Leading Together" was organized by Scholars Sarah Goff, AIA, LEED AP BD+C and Gustavo Colmenares, AIA, NCARB and focused on introspection and team dynamics, prompting reflections on individual, team, and leadership identities through presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. Architects were recognized as pivotal figures in shaping cities, setting the tone for discussions on resilience, authenticity, and skill development. This emphasized the importance of effective communication, emotional intelligence, and mentorship in leadership. Cable Clark underscored the significance of self-awareness and proactive improvement, advocating for collective action to enhance leadership effectiveness by evaluating the results the scholars received from Life Style Inventory Quiz.
